Geetha R. Soodini, M.D.
Geetha R. Soodini, M.D. earned her medical degree from Kakatiya Medical College, University of Health Science in Warangal, AP, India. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Long Island College Hospital Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Soodini completed a fellowship in Clinical Research at the Joslin Diabetes Center affiliated with the Harvard School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed a second fellowship in Endocrinology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.Dr. Soodini is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. She is an active member of several professional medical organizations, including the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and the American Diabetes Association. She has been published in numerous medical and scientific journals.
Prior to moving to Georgia and founding North Georgia Diabetes and Endocrinology, P.C., Dr. Soodini served as Locum Faculty in Endocrinology at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. She resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with her husband, son and daughter.
Olena I. Klindukhova, M.D.
Olena I. Klindukhova, MD earned her medical degree in Ukraine. She completed her internship and residency at St. Vincent hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana and completed her first year fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine. She then moved to Atlanta, GA where she completed her endocrine fellowship at Emory University.Dr. Klindukhova is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. She is an active member of American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and American Diabetes Association. Her research during fellowship was focused on diabetes. She has special interest in diabetes and thyroid disorders. She received advanced training at Endocrine University at Mayo clinic, Rochester, MN.
Dr. Klindukhova lives in Johns Creek, has two boys. She enjoys running, gardening and horseback riding.
Brandi Hall, MSN, RN, ANP-BC
Brandi Hall is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia. She then went on to complete her Master’s in Science and Nursing from Emory University. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, an International Nursing Honor’s Society, in 2008.She is active participant in many professional organizations including the American Diabetes Association, the United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys working in the field of endocrinology, and has a passion for diabetes research.
She is a native Georgian, who currently resides in Atlanta. She enjoys playing tennis, being on the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
Ashraf Panjwani, NP-C
Ashraf Panjwani is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, NP-C. She earned her first Bachelor’s degree in science in Physiology and Neurobiology from University of Connecticut. Alongside, she also worked as a research assistant with her professor, where her work got published at 34th annual meeting society of neuroscience in 2004. She then went on to pursue her career in Nursing and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing from Clayton State University. Ashraf further pursued her education by completing her Master’s in Science and Nursing from Emory University.Ashraf is an active member of many professional organizations, including the American Diabetes Association, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia. She enjoys working in a very high paced clinic and is very passionate about working in a very diverse field of endocrinology. Her interests include management of Diabetes and thyroid disease.
She lives with her husband and son in Tucker, Georgia. She likes to travel and spend time with her family and close friends.
Roshan (Roshi) Khaki
Roshan (Roshi) Khaki is a registered and licenced dietitian and is also a certified Diabetes Educator. Roshi graduated with a BS degree in Dietetics and Community Nutrition with distinction from University of Minnesota and completed her internship with Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. She also completed a mini residency in diabetes from The International Diabetes center in Minneapolis , Minnesota.Roshi has several years of experience working with patients with metabolic disorders, obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome and renal disease. Her work history includes positions with Baylor University Healthcare Systems in Dallas, Texas and Northside Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
Roshi is an active member of American Diabetes Association and American Association of Diabetes Educators. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the local chapter of Greater Atlanta Association of Diabetes Educators. Currently, Roshi has been appointed as the Chairperson of the National subcommittee of ADA for Asian Americans, Native Hawaians, Pacific Islanders Program. In addition, she is also engaged as a “time and Knowledge” volunteer and has been working on an international intiative to help improve behavior and lifestyle modification by spreading the message on Nutrition Medical Nutrition Therapy for people with Diabetes and Metabollic Syndrome.
Roshi received commendation for being nominated as a Healthcare Hero by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for her voluntary services in the community particularly with the local ADA Chapter as a speaker and Planning Committee member for the “Defeat Diabetes” Program over the last 5 years. She has authored and published several articles in Nutrition and Diabetes Publications and has coordinated multiple Healthy nutrition cook books.
Roshi resides in Sandy Springs with her husband and has 2 children and 4 grand children in the Atlanta area. Roshi enjoys music, reading, and public speaking.
