Stephenie Tsui, NP

Stephenie Tsui is a board-certified physician assistant with a clinical background in pediatric and adult endocrinology, as well as internal medicine. Ms. Tsui received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Saint Mary’s College in Indiana, graduating with honors. She then attended the Medical College of Georgia, where she received her Master of Physician Assistant Degree, and was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants. She joined North Georgia Diabetes and Endocrinology in 2016.


Whitney Lipsey, NP

Whitney Lipsey, NP

Whitney Lipsey is a board certified Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. A native of Nebraska, Ms. Lipsey attended the University of Georgia, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion. She then completed the accelerated nursing program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and later obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Science and Nursing, graduating with distinction. She went on to complete her Master’s in Science and Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2015, where she also graduated with distinction.
In her free time, Ms. Lipsey enjoys working out, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Deborah E. Whitehair, M.S., PA-C, DFAAPA

Deborah E. Whitehair, NP

Deboarah Whitehair is a board certified physician assistant who joined North Georgia Diabetes and Endocrinology in 2018. She attended Georgia Southern University, where she earned her a Bachelor and Master of Science in Biology, and attended PA school at the Medical College of Georgia. She brings many years of clinical experience in neurology, sleep medicine, primary care and urgent care. In addition to her clinical experience as a PA, she served as an assistant professor and clinical coordinator in the Emory University School of Medicine, where she participated in the didactic and clinical training of PA students and physicians in the family medicine residency program. Ms. Whitehair has published chapters in medical and surgical books, as well as articles based on her original research, and has been recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants since 2007. Ms. Whitehair lives with her husband and dog, and in her free time, enjoys traveling, crafts, photography and training her dog.

Salimah Chagani, NP

Salimah Chagani, NP

Salimah Chagani is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner FNP. Ms. Chagani finished her Bachelors in Science and Nursing degrees from Aga Khan University Hospital in Pakistan. She worked as a Nurse Clinician and Clinical educator at critical care of Emory University Hospital and Northside Hospital for 10 years. She then completed her Master degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgia State University. She gained her clinical expertise as a Family Nurse Practitioner by working with adult and pediatric population for several year. She joined North Georgia Diabetes and Endocrinology Practice in 2018. She is currently engaged with American Association of Nurse Practitioner (AANP) and United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia- Local Chapter (UAPRN).
