Rosa Phillips is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (DCES). She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of West Georgia and completed her Master of Science in Nursing with honors at Middle Georgia State University. She is a member of the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.
Rosa Phillips is committed to improving care within the community by providing quality, evidence-based diabetes care to adult populations with diabetes.
